Delivery, Returns and Refund
This return and refund policy is only applicable to EaziShopping Online purchases made at www.eazishopping.com.
By using our website, you acknowledge that you accept the Return and Refund Policy. This policy may be changed without prior notice.
We will accept ‘change of mind’ product returns within 30 days of delivery. We understand that buying products online may be hard at times, so if you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, we will gladly accept your return for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs).
If you return a product to us, you must pay the cost of return shipping, which we will deduct from your refund upon receipt of the returned goods.
All product returns must be on unused (or unworn) products in their original box. If we receive a returned product that we reasonably believe is not in new or unused condition, we may return it to you without refund. In this instance, you will be responsible for the postal charges to return the item to you.
What happens if there is a problem with my product?
We want you to be fully delighted with your purchase. If it is defective, we ask that you please follow the steps below so that we can help you as soon as possible.
- Email us using the 'Contact Us' page within 30 days of receiving it. It is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can fix your issue as soon as possible. Notifications received after 30 days are not guaranteed to be accepted by our team.
- Please provide a photo and/or video of the damaged item, along with an explanation of what happened.
- We will confirm with you the address where the product should be returned or arrange for a pick-up at your location.
- We will review the returned product as soon as we get it back from you.
- If your product is found defective or damaged, we will either offer you with a full refund (including delivery) or mail you a new product/part(s). If the problem with the product is minimal, we may opt to provide you a free repair. If you receive a new product or a repaired item, we will reimburse your return postage.
While we take every precaution to guarantee that your product arrives in perfect condition, damaged packaging that doesn't result in a damaged product will not be considered as grounds for a product refund.
This consumer guarantee does not apply when a product is damaged after purchase because of abuse or abnormal use.
What happens if my order is cancelled after I have made it?
If you have paid for an order and that order (or a portion of an order) is cancelled, we will refund you within 14 days of the transaction being cancelled (or you notifying us).
Please allow 100 days from the date of shipment for confirmation that a goods was 'lost' in transit. This relates to the terms which we obtain from our overseas vendors. We are unable to give refunds for products delivered through registered post and confirmed as 'delivered' by the freight operator.
How do we provide Refunds?
If your return meets the terms of our Delivery, Return, and Refund Policy, we will refund you using the original payment method within 14 days.
We currently ship to all places in Australia, including PO Boxes and business addresses. We take no responsibility for the safety or security of products once they have been sent to your specified address. We may choose to deliver to you through any shipping agent.
